Jillian Michaels has generally been quite content in her role as a drill sergeant who helps people lose weight on NBC’s popular ‘The Biggest Loser‘ television show.

The trend on ‘The Biggest Loser’ has been larger and larger contestants. This time the show has really outdone itself and is bringing the biggest contestant ever to the show. Michael Ventrella, weighing in at a chart-topping and scale-crushing 526 pounds will appear this season. His size, and the size of other contestants this year even has Jillian worried.

“The contestants keep getting bigger and bigger,” Jillian Michaels told Ladies’ Home Journal for their February issue. “As the trainers we have no say over the challenges. We worry about them too.”

Despite her image for yelling at her charges to keep them motivated, Jillian Michaels reveals she too has a heart.

“As the trainers we have no say over the challenges,” said Michaels. “We worry about them, too.”

Whether that worry will translate into her being easy on them or harder than ever remains anyone guess at this point.

‘The Biggest Loser’ returns on Tuesdays at 8pm on NBC.
