Blossom’s Mayim Bialik is returning to television on a possible recurring role on The Big Bang Theory show on CBS. So where does Bialik fit into the mix? It is being reported that Bialik will be playing none other than Sheldon’s potential geeky love interest. Bialik just will never be able to escape that nerdy character role, I’m afraid. To think of Bialik in a sexy secretary role just quite wouldn’t work though either.
In the CBS hit show, the actress will be taking on the role of a nerdy brain that Sheldon (played by Jim Parsons) discovers as a potential match on eHarmony, the online dating website. For fans of the show, you are aware that Sheldon has been a man very unlucky in love. He’s had quite a few women who haven’t fit the bill, so could Bialik’s character finally be the one? We will be able to see their possible chemistry develop on the season finale of The Big Bang Theory on May 24th, 2010.
Bialik also has other recurring roles of which she has been working on, including Fox’s ” ‘Til Death” and ABC Family’s “Secret Life of the American Teenager”.
While I personally think that Mayim’s character on “Secret Life of the American Teenager” is a tad annoying, I think she could be better on this show. Thoughts? Will you check out Mayim Bialik on The Big Bang Theory on the big season finale?
